Noah Social Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 3, 2026
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Noah Social collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers the Noah Social website (noah.social) and the Noah Social apps on Google Play (com.noahsocial.app) and the Apple App Store (id6747367486), together called "Noah" or "the Service."
Noah is operated by Reel Life Ventures LLC ("we," "us"), based in Texas. Questions: support@noah.social.
1. Information you give us
- Account and profile: When you sign up or sign in (through Microsoft Azure sign-in), we collect your name, email address, phone number, address, username (handle), and whether you are a pet owner or a service provider.
- Content you post: Photos, videos, posts, comments, and anything else you share in the app.
- Pet information: Your pets' names, details, photos, and any records you add.
- Provider information: If you are a provider, your listings, services, and calendar or availability.
- Messages: Messages you send to other users in the app (for example, between pet owners and providers). These are stored on our servers so they can be delivered and shown to you and the person you're messaging.
- Support: Anything you send when you contact us.
2. Information collected automatically
- Location (only while you use the app): See section 3, "Location information," below.
- Push notifications: A device token from Google Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send you notifications. You can turn notifications off in your phone settings.
- App analytics (Google Firebase Analytics): Screens you view, sign-ups, logins, and standard automatic events (such as app opens and basic device and app version info). These are linked to your Noah user ID. We do not collect your advertising ID through Firebase.
- Advertising measurement (Meta): The app uses Meta's software to send app events, such as installs, app opens, sign-ups, and purchases, to Meta, along with your device's advertising ID. This helps us measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. We do not send your name or email to Meta.
- iPhone: Your advertising ID (IDFA) is shared only if you tap "Allow" on Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID anytime in your phone's settings (usually Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
3. Location information
- What we collect: If you give permission, the app reads your device's precise (GPS) or approximate location, depending on which option you choose in your phone's permission prompt.
- Why: To show pet services, providers, and other pets and content near you, center the map on your area, and fill in your nearest city. If you choose to, you can also add a location to a post or your profile.
- When: Only while the app is open and in use (foreground). Noah does not collect, access, or use your location in the background or when the app is closed.
- How long we keep it: Precise coordinates used for nearby search are used at the time of the request and are not saved to your account. When you search for or view services, we may record the general area (such as the city) with that activity so providers can see how often they appear in searches; this is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized when you delete your account. A location you choose to add to a post or your profile is kept until you remove it, delete the post, or delete your account (see section 9).
- Sharing: Your coordinates are sent to Google Maps only to look up nearby places and display the map. Locations you add to posts or your profile are visible to other users as part of that content. We do not sell your location or share it with advertisers, and we do not send it to Meta.
- How to turn it off: Location is optional. You can deny or revoke it anytime in your phone settings (Android: Settings > Apps > Noah > Permissions > Location; iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Noah). You can still use Noah and search by city instead.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and we use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. This includes Premium plans (such as Premium Monthly and the Service Provider plan) and sponsored ad purchases by service providers. Noah never receives or stores your card number. We get only information such as your plan, purchase date, and renewal status.
Noah does not currently process payments between pet owners and providers.
5. Sponsored posts in the app
Noah shows sponsored posts from service providers in the feed. We choose which ones to show based on the hashtags and topics of posts you're viewing in Noah, not on data from other apps or websites. Advertisers do not receive your personal information.
6. Your content
Your posts, photos, and pet profiles stay yours. When you post, it is shown to other Noah users as the app is designed (for example, in feeds, on your profile, and in search). For details on how content may be used, see our Terms of Service at https://api.noah.social/terms.
7. How we use information

8. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information for money.

"Sharing" for targeted advertising: Under some state privacy laws, sending app events and advertising IDs to Meta may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out by declining tracking on iPhone, deleting or resetting your advertising ID on Android, or emailing support@noah.social with the subject "Opt out of targeted advertising."
9. How long we keep information and how to delete your account
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
You can delete your account at any time: - In the app: Profile > Delete Account - On the web: https://api.noah.social/account/delete - By email: support@noah.social, sent from the email address on your account
After you ask to delete your account, it is deactivated right away, and we delete or anonymize your personal information, including your profile, posts, photos, pet information, and messages, within 30 days. The exceptions are information the law requires us to keep, or information we need to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Copies in backups are removed on their normal schedule. Data already sent to third parties, such as Meta, is handled under their policies.
10. Your choices and rights
- Edit your profile and content in the app.
- Turn off location, notifications, or tracking in your phone settings.
- Delete your account as described above.
Texas residents: Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal data, and you can opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and if you disagree with the result of your appeal, you can contact the Texas Attorney General.
California and other states: Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws have similar rights. They include knowing what we collect, accessing, correcting, and deleting it, and opting out of "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising. You can use an authorized agent, and we may need to verify your identity before we act on a request. To make a request, email support@noah.social.

13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date and let you know in the app or by email.
14. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
