Noah Social Terms of Service

Effective date: November 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Reel Life Ventures LLC, a Texas company ("Noah," "we," "us"). They cover the Noah Social apps and the website noah.social (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://api.noah.social/privacy). If you don't agree, please don't use Noah.

1. Who can use Noah

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
• You can't use Noah if the law forbids it or if we've banned you before.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Tell us right away at support@noah.social if you think someone else is using it.

3. Community guidelines (zero tolerance)

Noah is for pet lovers. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post, send, or do anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens, or hates on anyone;
• is sexual, violent, graphic, or shows animal cruelty;
• is illegal, a scam, spam, or misleading;
• shares someone else's private information without their OK;
• infringes someone's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• impersonates someone or tries to break or hack the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, usually within 24 hours of a report. You are responsible for what you post and send.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report posts, comments, messages, and users in the app, and you can block users you don't want to hear from. We review reports and act on them.

5. Your content and the license you give us

You keep ownership of what you post (photos, videos, posts, comments, pet profiles, and other content).

By posting content on Noah, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify or adapt (for example, crop, resize, or format), distribute, and otherwise use that content, including the name, username, pet photos, and likeness that appear in it. We may use it:

• to run, improve, and provide the Service; and
• to promote, market, and advertise Noah in any media, including on social media and in ads.

When we feature content in promotion, we will try to avoid showing children or precise locations.

If you delete content or your account, we stop making new promotional uses of it. Promotional materials already created or published before then may remain. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post and that our use of it as described here won't violate anyone's rights.

6. Messaging

Messages must follow the community guidelines. Don't use messaging to spam, solicit, harass, or scam. Messages are stored so they can be delivered, and we may review reported messages to keep Noah safe.

7. Service provider listings

Noah lets pet owners find service providers such as vets, groomers, trainers, and sitters. We do not vet, license, endorse, or guarantee any provider, and providers are not our employees. Anything you arrange with a provider is between you and them. Nothing on Noah is veterinary advice. For your pet's health, talk to a licensed veterinarian. In an emergency, contact a vet right away.

8. Subscriptions, sponsored ads, and refunds

• Billing. Premium plans (such as Premium Monthly and the Service Provider plan) and sponsored ad tiers are bought in the app and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a store subscription.
• Founding Sponsor. The Founding Sponsor ad tier has a 3-month minimum commitment.
• Refunds. Apple and Google decide cash refunds under their own policies. Sponsored ads are also covered by our Sponsored Ad Refund & Credit Policy, which explains ad credits for rejected ads, ads that don't start, and outages. Ads removed for breaking our ad policy get no credit or refund.
• Prices may change. We'll give notice as the stores require.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in the app (Profile > Delete Account) or at https://api.noah.social/account/delete. We may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by nature should last (such as the content license for existing materials, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, and disputes) survive after your account ends.

10. Disclaimers

Noah is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we aren't responsible for user content or for providers' services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Reel Life Ventures LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and cover Reel Life Ventures LLC against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your dealings with other users or providers, or your breaking these Terms.

13. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute, please email support@noah.social first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If we can't, the dispute will be handled only in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

14. Apple-specific terms

If you use Noah on iPhone, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no duty to provide support or maintenance and isn't responsible for the app or for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent it doesn't conflict with these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date and tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Noah after changes take effect means you accept them.
